             Important for Email users:

• Ask email users don’t type wrong password more than 2 times otherwise your network IP will block on server and all users of same network will not be able to access email id until IP gets delist by Server Admin which takes time. 

• If, any time after typing password in 2nd attempt doesn’t work of any email user then he should be contact to your company Authorized person who has C panel access to change your email id password.
• Incase IP gets block due to wrong attempts of any user you will need to provide us your real network IP or Fixed IP {by your internet service provider) to delist it to regain access. if ,you don’t have fixed or static IP by your ISP then you simply go on www.whatismyip.com and send screen shot of your IP showing there. 
• In case you have Fixed or Static IP you will send us your IP which your ISP (Internet Service Provider) provides you upon request by paying additional charges monthly. IP delisting takes time so, avoid wrong passwords typing to login.
• In outlook your local ISP IP works to send email so, if any time it gets black listed or block then your email outgoing will not work until you restart device if, you dint have fixed or static IP by your ISP
• In case you have fixed or Static IP by ISP and mail outgoing not working then call ISP to change your IP and insist them to allot clean IP to run outgoing email smoothly
• You can save email id password in outlook to avoid any mis typing. Which can cause IP blocking

• Don’t save password in chrome or any browser (during webmail access) if, it asks click no as it might hacked your email id or website login credentials.
• To avoid hacking and attack or virus attack on account please keep your Desktop / Laptop / Devices up=to date by verified Anti-Virus latest version and definition 
• Scan your PC / Laptop / Devices Weekly from latest Anti-Virus definition to avoid hacking and virus attack.
• Keep up-to date your Anti-Virus application.
• Always Use strong passwords of email /website and everywhere and change password time to time to keep away from hacker prey.

             Anti-Virus 

• For Windows 7 use security essential Anti-Virus and for Windows 10 and 11 install Defender as they are Windows own Anti-Virus software to protect your PC.

• Keep update your software versions on PC / Laptop etc and 3rd party scripts versions on your websites WordPress plugins, PHP version, Database Versions etc to be protected from hacker and virus attacks

• Upload data on your website (images, text, files, pdf etc) from clean and Anti-Virus protected PC / Laptop/ Desktop/ Device and scan data from updated anti-virus version before uploading on website and ask your Web developer / designer to measure and apply strong and proper security patches on your website to protect website from viruses, attacks and hacking.

• Keep backup of website weekly or monthly (depending on volume of your website updating) and save backup data in 2 or 3 places in your PC offline or in external internal backup drives

• Download emails in outlook daily (POP3) for email offline backup and to avoid space full issue as it will stop incoming emails.
• You can sign paid contract with your web designer / developer for keeping backup of your website
• Keeping Backup of website and emails etc is totally Customer’s responsibility and Web hosting company or Web designers / Web developers are not responsible for keeping backup or trouble shooting error without any paid signed contract or settled annual fees for this job.
• Web hosting company (PayandGo) or its staff is not responsible for any data loss, data corruption, data deletion ,or due to any problem or Virus Attack or Hacking of your website and email due to any loose security of your PC or Device or by using old versions of scripts on website, or by using old version databases or old WordPress plugins etc or by using old software, using old tools, using non verified tools / Apps or non-verified Anti-Virus software or website designed and developed by any non-professional person.

              Note 2:  

• Domain and Hosting fee is not refundable or transferable in any manner
• if you are using WordPress or any platform for website designing development then keep update their versions, scripts, databases, plugins etc all tools etc even all things to be protected from hacking and technical issues on website.
• We are not responsible for email account configuration on your cell phone set. Ask Technical I.T person of your company or call to your mobile service connection provider for mobile email setting as different mobile sets have different settings which they know better.
• Keep secure your PC / Laptop and device from which you update your website data as if they are not protected and secure then website / database / email id hacking and compromise chance will increase and your device is on risk.
• Use anti-virus of windows or licensed version which is essential for PC protection

               Spam and Bulk Emails sending

• Spam emails, bulk emails or marketing emails sending from domain email ids are not allowed in any manner on server and your hosting account will get suspend without any prior notice and no refund will be made and no data backup will be provided you incase

• “Fair usage hosting policy applies* and you will have to follow hosting policy.

• Any illegal activity or copyright protected material publishing on website or such type of any activity which becomes harmful for server or other hosted domains or against hosting policy will not be allowed
• Any illegal activity on website or email or by account will not be allowed which is against Fair Usage hosting policy and your account will get suspend without any prior notice and we will not responsible to provide you backup of your data and no refund will be made 

• PayandGo or its staff will not responsible for your any business damages due to service interruption or account suspension or server problem or due to any reason.

• Any such activity which considers harmful or illegal for other hosted accounts on server (as this is shared server} will not be allowed and account will get suspend without any prior notice. and no refund will be made in any manner. no data backup we will provide you so, you should take care of everything and you are solely responsible for your hosting account and server safety

• PayandGo and its staff is not responsible for your any business losses or business damages due to domain hosting service technical issues, problems in email and hosting services or staff un availability for technical support etc or delay in resolving any technical or service issues server related or due to Server or HDD Failure
• PayandGo reserves the right to allow or not allow you to run your domain hosting on server without mention any reason.
• If, you make and upload any 3^rd party software or APP to run for your convenience on your domain hosting account then you will be solely responsible for its operation, performance and data backup. We will not provide its support in any manner neither we will be responsible for any error or any data loss or data corruption or anything. We have reserved the right to allow you or not allow you to run that software or APP on hosting server.

               Renewal Fees 

1. Please pay renewal fee on time and before domain hosting expiry date to keep alive to your services and support
2. If, your domain hosting expired then your access to your website and email will be no more.
3. if, we don’t get renewal payment on time or you make delay in payment and your domain hosting get expired during this then you will not be able to access website and emails until transfer of renewal payment to us.
4. After expiry of domain and hosting you won’t have access to any of service and your Domain will go on bid to sale and available for public worldwide to register.
5. If, we accept your request and you ask us to renew domain hosting and you will pay later on settled time between but you remain failed to pay us renewal fee on agreed time then your account will get suspend until having payment transfer in our account and we will not entertain any support without having our dues.
6. If, your domain hosting account expired with us and you don’t pay us then your account will get deleted permanently from server after 5 days of expiry without any prior notice and we will not  be able or responsible to provide you any backups.
7. Without submission of renewal payment on time we will not renew your account neither you will get any support from us and it will get expired and we will delete account from server without any prior notice

• This is your own responsibility to Download your emails into outlook (POP3)  daily
   (strongly recommended) as webmail is temporary place to check emails.
• Don’t leave mails on server and download them for safe side and for backup

                IMAP Email configuration in outlook

• In IMAP email configuration in outlook the email id gets synced with server inbox like if, you delete any email from server by webmail it gets delete also from your pc inbox
  or if, you delete any email from your PC / Laptop / Mobile inbox it gets delete from server also so, be careful to avoid any important mail lost. In IMAP protocol your space might get full after sometime and your incoming mails will get stopped working until you delete email data from inbox.

               POP3 Email configuration in outlook

• if, you configure pop3 to your email id in outlook its nice. because when you download email from server in your outlook it gets remove from server inbox but remains in your outlook and your space remains empty on server for more upcoming emails. 
• To avoid any hassle always use email client like outlook to download emails to keep backup of important emails offline in PC / Laptop

• you are fully responsible to keep full backup of website, databases, email etc and each n everything and take it time to time (depends on your volume of work) and keep backup of data offline in your PC / Laptop at 2 or 3 places for safe side.

• Also keep backup in external data backup drives to be hassle free

• Taking backup depends on your website activity or work nature. Like weekly or monthly its your own choice

• Take backup of website and databases at your own if ,you are technical otherwise Ask to your developer/designer for backup if you are in paid contract with him/her.

• Always upload data on website through Anti-Virus protected and Secure PCS / Laptops and Devices to avoid any hacking and virus attack and technical problems.

• Don’t use public PCS or non-secure PCS of friends or knowing person for data uploading on your website until having full assurance that they are protected and updated. 
• In case you are using public pc or friend’s pc at his home or somewhere then first scan pc and your data before uploading.  
• Try to Upload data from protected PC which is using licensed and updated versions of antivirus and MS windows and MS office.
• Always use strong passwords (alpha, numeric, and symbol like xyz123@) on website and email ids and all places and don’t share your passwords with strangers and change passwords time to time to be protected. Don’t use such easy passwords anywhere which allow hackers to hack your website or email easily for misuse.to do suspicious activity.

               Heavy Traffic Websites or Heavy Resources using Websites and Hosting Accounts 

• This is shared hosting server so, there is some limitations and rules and regulations apply on server for customers to provide smooth and uninterruptable services.
• if, it gets reveal to us or server admin anytime that your website or hosting account is taking unnecessary load on server or getting excess traffic or visitors or account is going beyond to shared server limitations then we have full right reserved to suspend account temporarily to protect server and other hosted accounts.
• You will need to buy us VPS from us and We will help you to shift data on

VPS (Virtual Private Server) environment to run smoothly          and according to its new requirements.

• Using Heavy Resources of any hosted account or website or going beyond to set limit of resources on server creates severe problems so, protection for server and other hosting accounts we have to take instant safety measures.

                Phishing Website

• A phishing website is a fake, fraudulent webpage designed to look like a legitimate site (like your bank or a social media platform) to trick you into giving up sensitive information, such as passwords, credit card numbers, or personal data, usually through a deceptive link in a scam email or message. These sites use social engineering to impersonate trusted brands and capture your credentials for identity theft or financial fraud. These sites are not allowed to host on server and will get suspended once it will be revealed and no refund will be made.
  Hosting company or staff is not responsible for any business damages or loss of money or        anything of any person due to phishing website

               Virus Infected Websites

• if, it revealed to us or server admin any time that your hosted website has dangerous level Virus or Malicious files installed in account by hacker or it is infected by database injection by hacker or website taking unnecessary traffic and excess load on server or using excess resources of server then we will have to suspend the account instant for protection of server and other hosted accounts. Mostly Hackers delete your all data or make it infected  after gaining access to your account. That is why we insist and suggest for keeping backups again and again in policy. In case of Virus presence in hosting account or serious infected data We will have right to delete your account from server.
• We can recreate your hosting account once you inform us that you or your designer developer has clean and scanned full data from your backup to reupload.
• For heavy resources and visitors shared hosting server is not suitable so, you will have to rent a VPS (Virtual Private Server) to shift your website there to run services smoothly. We will help u to switch to VPS  

              Technical Support

• We don’t provide support for your local network issues, local ISP issues, ISP IP issues or your PC / laptop / Desktop Network and Mobile devices or any software or email client issues.
• We don’t support outside server like if, problem is on other hosting server or hosted domain related as other servers are not in our control.
• We don’t provide on-site /Walkin support.
• In any very special case Support like Email id setup in your PC / Laptop in outlook Rs.1000 / Visit /per hour charges + Fuel charges will apply according to distance of your location.

               Technical Support timings:

• Mon to Sat from 10 am to 5 pm PK time (after this time you can drop message or email us and we will see issue next day once staff joins)

• Support is available on phone call and email except off timings, public holidays, strikes, city bad situation, un availability of staff, urban flood, raining, internet issues or if, having problems on server location etc
• Sometimes support your query takes long time as it depends on nature of problem and several other reasons but we will reply you asap and will resolve your issue if it is belonging to our server side.
• We will not resolve issues of other servers related or hosted domains on other servers.
• Any additional service / resource / technical support, will be billed separately

            Special  Request    

• During getting technical support on call and email don’t use any bad words / bad language or high tone voice with support person because it will not be tolerated in any manner and staff will not attend you
• In case you misbehave with our support person or staff then until having written apology on your behalf on your company letterhead we will not attend you.
• please behave gently / friendly / calmly with PayandGo staff on phone and email. we will much appreciate.
• Incase dollar exchange rates difference occurs or any local cost and taxes get increase or international taxes or Server fees or any License Fees get increase or any other charges comes or any other expenses / operational expenses get increases then domain and hosting prices will be subjected to increase without any prior notice to cover difference
