Monday to Saturday From 10AM to 5PM

(Except Holidays, City Raining or bad situation and Strikes etc
if issue is server related then we will resolve it asap)

We dont provide on site support to any customer normally but in case our staff visits your place to configure email id in your outlook client then Rs.500/hour/location visit charges will apply.

We dont support Customer’s end PC /Laptop/ Device Software,Hardware,OS,installation and Network related issues.Customer is responsible for this fully to maintain or call concerned person.

Backups:

Keeping Email data,website data and database backup is customer’s responsibility full pay and go company or its staff is not responsible for any backup or your business damages or losses due to any delay occurs in support but we take issues on high priority if they are server related to resolve them as soon as possible.

Third party data:

PayandGo is not responsible for any backup or data loss or data corruption due to server or hdd crashing or your account hacked or compromised .You are responsible 100% for your hosting account protection and fair usage.

if, you made any online application or software online and you hosted software in your hosting account made by third party or any software company or developer you contacted and suppose any issue appears or its data gets loss or corrupted or deleted due to what so ever reason you will have fully responsibility or  your  software developer or software company will be responsible not payandgo or its staff as we are not developed maintaining your software or application in your Hosting Account.
